We are asked this a lot. It's very different, especially to individuals that are use to a City Taxi. We remind people no we cant get there in 5 minutes it's not safe to drive that fast. We also ask people to reserve a ride, as much as they can in advance, especially if it is for an appointment. Understand that we have exceptionally busy times and we try to get to you in order of calling. No, we don't keep a hundred cabs on to get that one call, I wish we could, We try our best to provide the transportation that everyone would like. Please allow the drivers to be at your destination 20 minutes early or late, it sometimes works out that ways so that we can service other individuals. Please give our drivers a compliment and a tip if deserving, they work long and tiring hours. Any issues call the management directly to work out the problem there are always solutions to  these issue. We would like to Thans Everyone for their continued Support.
